Writer Biography

My first full length book entitled Loving the Life Less Lived is due to be published in January 2017 by Red Door Publishing. It is an upbeat memoir / self-help publication based on my experiences of anxiety and depression and I have learnt to accept and live effectively with these conditions. I am currently working on a young adult novel. I also write poetry and a blog about mental health issues which are available to view on my website.
