Master of Arts Degree from the University of Nottingham, news reporter and news editor for the Nottinghamshire Local History Association (see nlha.org.uk) writing for their Nottinghamshire Historian Magazine and creator/writer of their monthly newsletters. Author of Derby Book of Days (The History Press 2013) War Time Memories From Amber Valley ( Derbyshire County Council 2005) and The Story of Greasley Parish Church (Richmond Cavendish 2008) regular writer for Nottingham Post (2012 – present).
